Rhinestone Steel Queer Music & Arts Festival

Pittsburgh's annual festival supporting the ever- expanding Queer arts scene.
Something about this reminded me of my days at the Pa Governor's School for the Arts. ... which is a good thing. It was great to be a part of it.

Properly Filthy Artwork

Trundle Manor was kind enough to host the artwork that other galleries would turn away.

Waterloo Arts Festival

Once again team MWFA traveled to Cleveland to represent the Pittsburgh Arts scene. The festival has definitely been growing. In the battle between Pittsburgh a\artists vs. Cleveland artists, Pittsburgh has won 3 straight years now.

Up the Creek

Dave Kaule's Projekt 50/50 latest inspiration was to have artists paint on paddles. Any kind of paddle. Any kind of art. The result was shown at Belvederes Ultra Dive.

Plenty of amazing art by various Pittsburgh Artists. My entry dealt with the paddle being used as a weapon. A little body positivity. A little queer politics. And I was lucky enough to find a buyer.

Bill Murray Tribute show.

As a fundraiser benefit for Hollywood theater & Autism Foundation of Pittsburgh.

Various artists representing various movies

Steadman style.

My piece was about Ghostbuster, Bill Murray. A color graphite drawing enlarged and enhanced in photoshop. in a glittery green cast classic frame. It sold, thankfully.
And was featured on that weeks cover of the City Paper. With so many art events going on that weekend and so many other great artists... it was a great honor to make the cover.
the end result being a computer generated image. there are additional prints. Contact me if interested.
